Course structure:
1) A minimum of theory in order to understand the issue, to make your own idea of such a phenomenon as stress.
2) Several diagnostic tasks that will help to assess the current level of stress, to orient yourself where you are going, to stress or away from it. In the future we will be able to consider your individual style of perception, thinking and behavior, which leads you to a state of increased psycho-emotional tension, which, in turn, provokes a stress reaction again and again, forming a vicious circle.
3) Training and practicing practical skills to manage your psycho-emotional states.
4) Additional materials on ways to prevent stress.
